Waylon is an ISA Certified Arborist (SO-6647AU), Certified Utility Arborist, Minnesota Certified Tree Inspector (#20104578), and Minnesota Licensed Pesticide Applicator (#20266038). His expertise spans tree health diagnostics, risk assessments, emerald ash borer treatments, invasive species management, utility vegetation management, and native landscape restoration.
With years of hands-on experience in both the field and consulting roles, Waylon brings a rare combination of scientific knowledge and practical expertise to every project. He is qualified to inspect both public and private property and has extensive experience coordinating with municipalities, utilities, and commercial property managers.

As a serial entrepreneur with deep roots in Central Minnesota, he understands the communities we serve and is committed to building a tree care and ecological services company that operates with integrity, transparency, and a relentless focus on quality.
Justin oversees operations, client relationships, and business development, ensuring that every interaction with Timber & Native reflects the same standard of excellence that Waylon brings to the field work. He is also a Certified Arborist, bringing additional technical knowledge to the partnership.
